Good morning ..... this morning was a hard one hit the snooze but a couple of times but i eventually got my butt up because staying in bed is not an option any more . I went to power Pilate's man that class is hard i am not very flexible or do my muscles like holding my fat butt up but as this is my 3rd week I can already tell it is getting a Little easier yay me !!! then you have cardio kick I pushed my self harder than I ever have in class and I am so proud of myself for doing it CANT is no longer a word I am allowing myself to say , and QUITTING is no longer an option so with that being said I am going to have a fantastic day :)

Welcome my name is Brandi Crossley  ... this will be my way of tracking my progress on getting my life back on track to being healthy . I have had some medical issues in my life and after 8 years i had finally hit rock bottom and realized that i let everything in my life control everything i was thinking and doing and the reason was i had become depressed with the fact that my dream of becoming a mother was never going to happen naturally , so consumed in my own sadness i started pushing my husband and my friends away and was hiding . I would like to say that I no longer want to be that sad frumpy girl and i want to become the person that everyone else sees in me . I believe that everything happens for a reason . i worked for hair masters for 7 years before i became my own boss and after i made that challenge things happened . I had a total hysterectomy in April of 2011 and i also was introduced to Kim rose at nampa fit studios . i am so grateful because i have met some amazing people since having more freedom of being my own boss and i owe it all to getting away from hair masters , and i just want to thank karli for this :). I had realized that i LOVE  working out and i love that it is so close too work . So i joined the canyon county weight loss challenge with the nampafitstudio team and i am so excited . and this is where my journey begins .......
