What doesn't kill us makes us stronger !!!!!! This is my new motto . Tomorrow is my big day to weight in since I started the challenge I am excited nervous but I know it will be great because i have set myself goals and this is what is going to happen no more saying I CANT the is a bad word so here is my goals this week .....
monday -- power pilates , cardio kick
tuesday -- kettle bells , zumba , flab fighters, hip hop hustle
wednesday -- power pilates , cardio kick, flab fighters
thursday -- zumba , flab fighters
friday -- power pilates , cardio kick, flab fighters
saturday -- boot camp
sunday -- team trianing
I love being apart of the studio it is fantastic !!! I am very inspired by the people at the gym I am so happy to have them in my life we all have our struggles but we learn and deal with them together and that is what it is all about . Woot Woot bring on the week
